This policy applies to choice enrollment of children of district employees.?

Poudre School District is committed to recruiting and retaining talented employees. As part of this commitment, it is the desire of the District to allow children of District employees to enroll in the school in which they choose, subject to the rules and requirements in this policy and District Policy JFBA - Choice/Open Enrollment

This policy discusses the districtí»s authority to conduct a threat assessment for potentially dangerous student behaviors, outlines the purpose of a threat assessment, and provides other general information relating to threat assessments.

This is a new policy required by Colorado law concerning student access to medically necessary services in schools. This policy addresses how a student who has a prescription from a qualified health-care provider for medically necessary treatment receives such treatment in the school setting as required by applicable federal and state laws.?

Authorizing Private Health-Care Specialists to Provide Medically Necessary Treatment in School Setting. This regulation outlines the requirements by which a private health-care specialist must meet if approved to provide medically necessary services to a student in school under Policy JLCDC.?
