People who call or text the 988 number are connected to a trained counselor at a crisis center closest to them.

I Matter Free Youth Therapy Sessions
Colorado youth and their parents can and to take a confidential online survey about their mental health and schedule sessions with a licensed behavioral health clinician.
The I Matter program provides up to six free mental health sessions with a licensed provider and is open to youth 18 years of age or younger, or 21 years of age or younger if receiving special education services.?Per state law, youth 12 and older can consent to therapy. Parents of youth 11 and younger will need to take the survey and consent to services for their youth.?Learn more on the??or at?.?

Join the BOE Student Advisory Council
Students who would like to share their experiences and ideas with the Poudre School District Board of Education in the 2023-24 school year should consider applying for the Student Advisory Council (StAC).
The council will meet monthly to share what is going on in schools and offer insight on the student experience.
Participants?will have the opportunity to share thoughts on topics at the district level that the board is considering (¡°big picture¡± items such as mental health and belonging, syllabus input, student-district communication improvements, etc.). A subset of council members will occasionally present at board meetings.
